I was already pretty aware of some of the things revealed in Food,Inc. I made the trip to Tulsa with my husband to see it at The Circle Theater. I was already moving towards shopping local and buying grass fed. Seeing what was happening to our food hit home really hard with both of us. Since then we have drastically changed the way we shop for food. We purchase vegetables that are in season at the farmers market. We now buy our beef, chicken and pork from farmers who we have come to know. We both feel much better about ourselves because we are eating way healthier than we ever have.
