Face and body mists … a must when it’s 100 degrees
It’s hot outside. The projected high temperature is 105 today, 104 on Sunday and 102 on Monday.
When it gets this hot, one of my go-to products is a hydrating mist. I even carry a travel size in my handbag. Just a quick spritz equals instant hydration for my body and face. It doesn’t mess up my makeup or my hair either, and it makes me feel at least 10 degrees cooler.
One of my favorites is still the original, Evian Brumisateur facial spray, but plenty of others are available including Burt’s Bees Carrot Seed Oil Complexion Mist and Aveda Caribbean Therapy Flower Water.

You can even keep a bottle in the refrigerator for those times when you need to chill out.
