Bobbi Brown goes platinum with new spring makeup collection
For months, my favorite eyeshadow has been a metallic gold/bronze gel. Love it, love it, love it. Now I’m starting to lighten up. Yesterday I wore a shimmery silver with a slight blue tone. Got so many compliments I wondered if the bronze looked bad. Nah. Just a nice change. Today I’ve got on that same silver but I swiped a stripe of turquoise over it. The start of a new season always make me want to try something different.

The collection features the limited-edition Platinum Pink Shimmer Brick, pictured here, with five bars of color to highlight cheeks, brows or anywhere you want to add shimmer. The shades are soft pink, platinum, bright pink, golden coral and rose. If you’re not familiar with Bobbi Brown bricks, the shades can be blended together or used separately.
Of course, Bobbi delivers new shades of Long Wear Cream Shadows, Shimmer Lip Glosses and Lip Glosses that reflect spring’s trend of strong and smoky eyes and glossy, super-shine lips.
A little extra is the new, limited-edition Shimmery Body Oil infused with pink and platinum pearls. How’s that for pampering. The oil gives skin a radiant glow while moisturizing and conditioning. The oil is lightly fragranced, a sneak peek of Bobbi’s Party, a new fragrance debuting for the holidays.
