He’s probably the only one in NYC who doesn’t shop at Century 21. That place is a mad house — several floors of everything from designer dresses to stuff you find at a department store. You can score some real bargains but you have to sort through so much that it can be overwhelming. Don’t go if you don’t have hours to shop.

He lost me with Century 21, so I had to Google it. So know I know where not to go when I’m in the NYC area.

But he’s a nut about avoiding sales.
