I was wondering what your thoughts are regarding eyeliner tattoo for 50+ ladies. I usually don't use eyeliner on my lower lid because everything I put there smears and I look like I've just been in a fist fight...uuggh!! not pretty :) I try to stay away from heavy mekeup anyway, but recently my friend was "sporting" tattooed eye liner on her upper and lower lids and swearing by them.
