Locked down: Too long or worthwhile precaution?
I talked to national school security experts yesterday for this story in today’s Oklahoman about the lockdown at Oklahoma City’s U.S. Grant High School.

Hey guys, I was searching the web today and came up on a few corporate websites that I was able to get in quite easily. I’m awesome! So I went in and found a bunch of Google Wave invites for their employees just sitting there. I gave away 13 of these to all my friends already and there are a few left. I don’t want to get in trouble by listing the steps up here, if you want one, shoot me an email to stevencruisest@gmail.com. BTW, it’s not that easy to do this, I’ll have to talk you through it. But I can only do a few, so when you get one then you need to go on and help others in getting another. Spread the goods around.

I am 5′ even, at one point I was up to 147lbs, which doesn’t sound bad, but when you are 5 feet tall it is quite a bit. My proper weight for my height should be around 105-110. It took me about 10 months to lose 45lbs. Although I did succeed I actually slacked off for about a year after I lost the weight and I have now gained some of it back. I’m currently at 135 and I am trying to get back to the 110-115 range, but since I only started this week I don’t know how long it will take yet.
Spot on with this write-up, I truly think this website wants way more consideration. I’ll probably be again to learn far more, thanks for that info.

I’ve basically gone through three-five pairs of shoes because I run in our driveway (its gravel and has big rocks) and my shoes keep wearing out fast. I run more than five times a day, everyday, for fifteen-forty five minutes. At this point, prices don’t matter. I just want a pair of shoes that will last me more than half a year. A year, if that’s even possible. What brand of shoes would you suggest that I buy?
I have been a strong supinator my whole life – I have years of shoes worn on the outside to attest to that. I’m getting into walking as a fitness regimen. I want to move up to powerwalking, but when I go faster, the outside of my ankles hurt terribly. I’m certain it’s due to the heavy supination. I’d like to buy some shoes or shoe inserts that will correct for this. I’ve tried to retrain myself into normal walking, but it doesn’t help.
