I shot the above video with Angi on Tuesday night at the Tasting Room on Western in OKC. Typical Canon 7D with Zoom audio set up. Due to the large auditorium for the classroom setting, I used the 24-105mm lens quite a bit. I’ve been shying away from that lens, shooting mostly with the 14mm and 50mm lens.

We outsource some of our video production (and writing and photography). The above video was produced by Tanner Herriott who worked at NewsOK for many years. I liked this video for its transparency and rawness. The guys in the band were just shooting the breeze and seemingly answering quite honestly to The Oklahoman’s Gene Triplett. And the outtakes that we’ll put to use were excellent as well.
