]]> Gunnar Peterson dropped in on the OPUBCO Studios on Friday and left us in stitches. Seriously, one of the funnest interviews I’ve been a part of.

Gunnar is author of the book “The Workout” and it’s a good book if you’re into diets and workouts. I read it the day before the interview and told my staff this guy would either be a jerk or a really cool guy. It’s written in a light hearted style. But the pic at the back was surfer dude material. Fortunately Gunnar was laid back and provided us with a nice, casual interview.
