One Night in… Cheever’s
One of the healthiest things a person can do is to eat baked cheese. Mel and I stopped by one of our favorite OKC restaurants, Cheever’s. Now this is another place the OCU kids would frequent. It’s right down the street from OCU on 23rd.
If you can survive the parking and pot holes outside, the food is well worth the visit. I went to the Omelette Party a few weekends ago at the Bricktown Events Center. Cheever’s had a stand where they whipped up some quite tasty omelettes with parmeson.
On this Saturday night, we had a glass of Lunacy Chard and an order of the Queso Chihuahua. I love me some queso, I won’t even lie about that.
Good crowd at Cheever’s. Many with reservations it seemed. We sat at the bar. Chatted with Brent the bartender and watched the crowd.
