I attended Ryan Parrott’s Table One experience last night at 611 Creative. Unlike the previous Table One that I had attended, this was more of a class with a tasting than a sit down dinner.
Ryan-san assisted sushi guru Jonathon Crell as they prepared 6-7 courses complete with explanation of how to slice, dice and consume each item. Much like wine and beer, the more I learn about sushi, the less I know.
No chopsticks were used in the shooting of the above video. Just a Vado.
