I interviewed outgoing deadCENTER executive director Cacky Poarch via Skype or cell last year as she was leaving the Sundance Film Festival. This year I caught up with the new executive director (actually since the summer) Lance McDaniel the day before he left for Sundance.

This year’s deadCENTER is June 8-12 in downtown OKC, deadline for entries is Feb. 14.
