Redbud Classic
It’s been a few years since I ran the 10K in the annual Redbud Classic through NW OKC and Nichols Hills.
Sunday, Melinda and I ran, jogged and walked the course with over 6,700 others. Warm weather. Last year, it was cold with winds of 40 mph.
Saw Sean Cummings at the finish line. He mentioned his next race will end at the 50 yard line at Notre Dame Stadium. Pretty cool. Sunday’s race ended outside The Coach House in Nichols HIlls Plaza.
I shot this video using a Vado HD. Most of the footage was not useable of course due to running with a camera that doesn’t lend itself to a lot of motion anyway. But it’s something.
