1492 New World Latin Cuisine
1492 is a new restaurant/lounge in OKC. Located just north of downtown OKC and the NW 10th and Walker round-a-bout, 1492 features New World Latin Cuisine. Or something. I can attest the bean and cheese nachos and the Winter version of Sam Adams are quite tasty.
Ran into Gwen Falconer Lippert there. Gwen hosts a show on KTOK and teaches at OCCC. She will attend The Oklahoman’s upcoming session for the local universities about the various changes The Oklahoman is undergoing – such as online, video, niche publications, etc. The idea is to keep universities updated with the newspaper so their teachings are accurate.
