Capitol Hill’s varsity have had a horrible year but the JV team did very well but are not even noticed. I attended almost all of the JV’s game, my son plays quarterback and defense,and could not help but notice the lack of support from the school and the parents as well. These boys deserve the attention and support of both and are due their praises.
