IMHO the place to start is eliminating tax which would force massive reductions in power and programs, bringing the govt. more in line with the founders structure. 		<description><![CDATA[I am in the Piedmont Triad of North Carolina. My okra plants are growing well. They are full of blooms. After the bloom falls off, the pod turns black and we have not harvested any pods yet. I have tried to keep the dead pods off the plant, but it does not seem to help. Any suggestions]]></description>
