I should clarify — while the back-end system is needlessly difficult, it’s better than what we have in the past and is better than something like PDFs.

This stinks just like most other things at the capitol.

The campaign contribution reporting system — at least on the back end — is a mess. An absolute mess that’s needlessly difficult.

Try finding someone at the current vendor — the people who run OK.gov — to explain some of the table relationships and its like pulling teeth.

And now they’re getting the dough for a new system?

The system needs an overhaul (and I don’t mean Mike Reynolds’ dumbass idea for PDFs, which would be worse).

This stinks. I’d be looking at campaign contributions from these seven lobbyists to lawmakers.

Here’s another question: Why is the system not going to bid?
