My stepsister was murdered in 1990. There have not been any leads on who murdered her. Is there any way to place her files as a cold case? How can I find out if anyone has any information about her death. She was murdered in South Oklahoma City.

What is your step-sister’s name, Carol? Do you have more information that could help me look her up?
