Another McCain win; all eyes on California
AP is projecting John McCain as the winner in Missouri.
From CNN, Hillary Clinton and McCain have large early leads in delegate-rich California. But that’s with just 13 percent of that state’s precincts reporting.

National update: Huckabee, Romney pick up wins; McCain opens up huge delegate lead
AP is reporting that Mike Huckabee won Tennessee, Mitt Romney takes Minnesota.
CNN is reporting a win for Barack Obama in Colorado.
But the bigger picture shows this, also from AP:
McCain won 269 delegates to 67 for Romney and 85 for former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee in incomplete results. A total of 1,023 delegates are up for grabs in 21 states.
Overall, McCain led with 371 delegates, to 160 for Romney and 128 for Huckabee. It takes 1,191 to win the nomination at this summer’s convention in St. Paul, Minn.
Clinton led with 173 delegates to Obama’s 149 in incomplete results. A total of 1,681 delegates are at stake in 22 states and American Samoa.
Overall, that gave Clinton 436 delegates, to 352 for Obama, with 2,025 delegates required to claim the nomination in Denver at this summer’s convention.
More to come.

Updated Oklahoma delegate counts
This is from AP:
2,210 of 2,220 precincts – 99 percent
x-Hillary Clinton 18
Barack Obama 10
John Edwards 0
Chris Dodd 0
Dennis Kucinich 0
Bill Richardson 0
Jim Rogers 0
Still very familiar from my last post on this subject. Clinton wins, but is sharing delegates with Obama.
On the GOP side:
2,210 of 2,220 precincts – 99 percent
Mike Huckabee 6
x-John McCain 29
Mitt Romney 0
Ron Paul 0
Rudy Giuliani 0
Jerry Curry 0
Daniel Gilbert 0
Duncan Hunter 0
Alan Keyes 0
Tom Tancredo 0
Fred Thompson 0
McCain’s totals stayed the same, while Huckabee picked up three more delegates. Still, McCain’s slight win in Oklahoma helps him more than Clinton’s landslide win here.

Dems heading home
Things are winding down here at the state Democratic headquarters.
Just a handful of precincts remain to be counted, and U.S. Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton has won Oklahoma’s Democratic presidential primary. She got 54 percent of the vote to U.S. Sen. Barack Obama’s 31 percent.
Former U.S. Sen. John Edwards received 10 percent of the votes, failing to meet the threshold of 15 percent to get one delegate.
State Democratic Party Chairman Ivan Holmes says it’s possible Edwards could pick up a delegate if he won 15 percent of the vote in one of the state’s five congressional districts. It probably won’t be known until Wednesday when the voting data can be reviewed to determine how many delegates each of the three top vote-getters will receive.
