Grady County sheriff’s office calls news conference to discuss Chickasha homicide case

Investigators have been pursuing leads since Monday in the case of  Danny Ray Franklin, 31, whose body was found near Chickasha. 

The family’s pet discovered Franklin behind the family business at 1066 County Road 1383. The dog alerted Franklin’s father, who took a walk around the property and found his son lying near the tree line about 11 a.m. Monday.

On Wednesday, the Grady County sheriff’s office called a news conference at 12:30 p.m. to discuss a new break in the case. Other details weren’t immediately known. Check back with NewsOK for more.
