Buffalo – Weather Update (NW Oklahoma)
Conyetta Lehenbauer is emergency management director for Harper County and lives 11 miles south of Buffalo. She said her husband Matt went outside last night about 7 and measured 6 inches of snow. At 4 a.m. today he went to the same spot and measured 25 inches of snow. And it kept snowing until about 8:30 a.m. today. Drifts are an issue. Snow is up to the door on their 4-foot tall mailbox and also up to the hood of her husband’s Expedition. They have been without power since 10:30 last night. They also don’t have to look far to see snow out of their home’s back window because it’s up to the bottom of the window.
