At Buffalo (NW Okla.)

Buster Record, lives 12 miles south and 3 miles east of Buffalo. They cannot open the north door at their house and he said his wife Jane has a brother north of Woodward who cannot open any door to get out of his house. Record did find a way out at his home a little while ago and headed for the barn 100 yards away. The problem is that the snow is waist deep. “You have to stop a few times to catch your breath.”  Record has a horse trailer that  has a 6-foot drift beside i.

They were without  power from 6 a.m. to noon yesterday and then i went out again from 4 p.m until about 4:30. It was on until about

10:30 last night and has been out since.
