Many people around the world are excited about the swearing in of Barack Obama. One of the most excited places might be Obama. Yes, Obama. It’s a city in Japan. Folks in the city, which means “little beach,” are mostly fishermen. There were plenty of watch parties, like this one, throughout the town today.
