Maughan builds early lead in Oklahoma County Dist. 2 race

Brian Maughan is doubling up J.D. Johnston in early election returns for the Oklahoma County District 2 Comissioner Republican runoff.

With 5 of 91 precincts reporting, Maughan has 182 votes to Johnston’s 84.
