Just 40 votes separate Carter, Stanlislawski in Tulsa Senate race

Cason Carter, the former Tulsa city councilman, is in a dogfight with Gary Stanislawski for the Senate 35 seat. Races remain tight in House 72, House 57. Even House 59, where Mike Sanders seemed to be cruising, has gotten a little closer.
