Would it be optimum to announce a deal for marketing purposes as late as April? or announce once the ink is dry on a business deal with the City -- which you would hope would be SOON! They will always gripe about something that Funk Jr(or the Funk's in general) has done. If anyone watched the X-Games last weekend, those event arenas were jammed packed.
