I was hoping to get a chance to go to Tyler Fleck’s camp today, and I did get that chance. I thought about doing a Q&A with him, but you know what? It means a lot more to hear it from him than to read it written by me.
Had fun at the camp, good to see Marty Standish and Sebastien Centomo again. I wasn’t there long enough to see Andy Franck, but I will have a Q&A with Matt Donovan up sometime Thursday.

I would be lying if I said I didn’t shed more than one tear. Tyler we have told you through the years that you are 1 in a million and now you know. You will be missed, good luck with what your future brings.

The media should pick this up and show the emotion. Some higher paid professionals in any sport don’t have the heart, grit and soul that minor league players do. A great connection.

Tyler, The city will suffer a big loss since you are gone. You were a staple for OKC hockey scene growth. Always had a lot of class in every situation. The kids will miss you terribly too. You are an excellent leader. I hope we get a team of AHL players just like ya. Best of luck in your new ventures.
A class act all the way! Tyler has given us many years of dedication, hard work and leadership as well as being a friend. I will miss his friendship and the fun we had over the last ten years. Best of luck to one of the best!! (Thanks, Tyler! You made me cry!)
