Short update today. Two things worth mentioning. Andy Franck will be back between the pipes tomorrow night. The rest did him good, and he is ready to go.
Two, D.J. Jelitto is doubtful. Anyone who saw that hit last night could have deduced this but good to get it confirmed.
Safe to say you can throw out the records when Oklahoma City and Wichita get together. Anyone want to contribute some of their favorite Wichita moments?
I’m telling you, one of these days I’m making that trek to Wichita. Blazers management raves about the atmosphere.

It was Marc Connors first season with the team and he got roughed up by our net. Sean Connors stepped in and Wichita goalie Sebastien Laplante skated clear across the ice to have a go with him while a second fight began in a nearby corner. Sean got 19 PIMS for that skirmish and four more ten minutes later in the period. It was pretty entertaining.
