I did some research to see how the win totals look when only counting wins against BCS competition. Looks like this: Stanford (39), Oregon & Alabama (37), LSU (33), OU (32), OSU (31), Ohio St (30), TCU (10), Boise St (6), and NIU (3). When looking at % of wins coming against BCS opponents, here are the rankings: Stanford (91%), Oregon (82%), OU (80%), OSU (78%), Alabama & LSU (77%), Ohio St (73%), TCU (23%), Boise St (12%), and NIU (7%). Oregon, OU, and Alabama can all improve their numbers with Bowl wins this year. Summary - OSU should not be called out for "cupcake" scheduling.

And Coach Mike Snyder wants to make sure they continue by scheduling Patty Cake U X3 per year to make sure they continue.

That can get you to a bowl but not to THE bowl. Ask grandpa Bill how many NC he's played for.

Kent, at OU we don't aspire to have 10 win seasons as does OSU. We aspire for National Championships and 12-13 win seasons annually. Although 10 win seasons and Big 12 titles aren't bad per se, at OU there are bigger expectations and goals and when they aren't reached it is a letdown. 12 years since the last NC and it seems like forever ago to many. I can only imagine what OSU fans are going through having never won one. With that said, it's nice to see OSU relevant and good for the state. Gundy has done a terrific job. BOOMER SOONER!
