Good trade. Hate to see Harden go, but they (the Thunder) landed on their feet. Lots of trade bait, and I wouldn’t be surprised to see Martin and a draft pick get traded for someone else. IMO, PJ3 and Lamb will be dynamite in 2-3 years, and they are both ready to contribute something right now.

The thunder have never been in need of offense. If their goal is a championship then defense is what they need, solid consistent defense is the path to a title. They have youth, length, size so effort is the key ingredient on the d side. As for harden he was my fav for a couple years but I have yet to see a go to guy ffranchise player with little to no mid game, 10′- 20′ the guy has holes in his game. Enough said

I remain skeptical about these changes. Westbrook & Durant both would have days or parts of games where they would just be totally off (one or both of them) and that is when Harden would jump in and keep us afloat. I am not sure what will happen without him.

Barry, I have asked on some sites why the Thunder won’t try Ibaka at center against the smaller, quicker teams. He is now bigger and his outside hooting opens up the lane unlike “hands of granite.” any thoughts?
