I’m all for the crowd showing up to be loud and proud. I would just hope that they are arrogant and profance like the fans were at FSU last year. It is possible to pull for your team without being disrespectful to another person just becasue they pull for a different team. Keep it classy!

I thought Mike Stoops was bought back to provide energy and motivation for the team?

OU fans have been spoiled by the free t-shirts and hot dogs at the men’s bb games at Lloyd Noble Library. Maybe the athletic department could do that for this game?

I am going to have to agree with Coach Stoops…. Most of the time I am yelling when the other team is calling audibles or has the ball…. when I look around I will see maybe 5 or 6 others… No team should be able to audible without hand signals and moving up and down their line yelling it out the linemen. This should be obvious but yelling after they hike the ball does no good.. And when we have the ball is when some people decide to make noise… I am sure all of that is Bob’s fault he makes 4 million… blah blah blah

Yah, I am glad Coach reminds us that Saturday will be a huge kick off to multiple weeks in OUr season, that could make or break the season. Sometimes OU fans come to the game and set on their hands…we need to cheer loud, and provide that “home field advantage”!

Maybe during football season, Stoops should play less golf and concentrate on his job. After the playing season is over and OU has a National Championship Trophy on display, he can fly his jet to Florida and play golf all day every day!
