I’m an OU fan, and the degree to which Boren and Castiglione kowtow to Texas is enough to make me sick.

As to UK-Louisville, Kentucky basketball has as shameful a history as any major sports program in America. Rupp, racism, and cheating are its legacies. John Calipari the cheater fits right in.

But today’s UK-Louisville game is WAY bigger than last year’s Bedlam football game would have been if both teams had been undefeated. Bedlam just does not have the cachet of a big national rivalry.
