The Great Big 12 War wages on. Texas won the first battle by taking the PAC 12 off the table for now. OU and OSU won the second battle by removing Beebe. Now we begin the third bloody battle to bring The Big 12 in line with the standards of the SEC, BIG 10 and PAC 12 by calling out Texas to share revenues equally with all members of the conference. If Texas refuses to play by the new independent Commissioner’s rules, then Texas will be expelled from the Big 12 and we will add TCU, BYU, WVU, Boise State and keep Texas A & M. If Texas plays by the new rules, then we still add teams to get back to 12, but probably not A & M. So maybe at the end of The Great Big 12 War we will still be able to enjoy the marching band of the Aggies after all!
