I was 14 and a big ABA fan. I liked the Chaps because they were Dallas, and the Tams because Charley Finley was, or had been, the owner. Bugged my dad into taking me. I recall the lighting was poor, the play listless and the crowd wasn’t 3,000 people.
Thanks for this post. I have tried many times the last couple years to learn more about this game. Google and remember the ABA .com weren’t any help, so far.
