UT players will get national exposure and publicity daily, which allows everyone(including NFL scouts) to watch them consistently. These other teams only get shown on the highlight reels for maybe a total of 20 min. (if they’re lucky) throughout the week. If you’re going to give them their own network and a recruiting advantage at that, everyone else (especially in the Big 12) will need their own network to keep UT from having their pick at most of the top 4 and 5 star recruits in the state of Texas.
