Ranking the difficulty of a team's schedule should not take into account the strength of that team. Makes no sense to say Texas has tougher schedule than OU because Texas is weaker. Ranking their combined opponents, I would says FSU, UCLA, Tulsa, Ball State and Rice.

I don't see the need to haggle over the placement of the schedules. Perhaps a ranking by schools of the boldest schedule which clearly K-State would have won had they retained the Oregon game, but, no guts no glory. I would rather see K-State thumped by Oregon then watch them play a scrimmage game against Eastern Kentucky.

Bob Stoops, you have balls that clank! scheduling FSU, no fear of competition there.

If any school should bale out of a game they had previously scheduled Mizzou is the one. Arizona State is about to demonstrate to the nation what a football team from the largest university in the nation should look like and perform like.

Mizzou picked the wrong year to play the Devils.

Pokes, face it please, you are irrelevant in college football. I'm so sick of hearing how you guys shoul dbe placed with the 'big boys.' Learn to like where you are, this is the highest you'll ever be in the college football world. You will have a 10-11 win season every decade (thats not bad) just learn to love it, it's the top for you guys.

Points to consider,

1) you will always live in OU's shadow (FACT) just like you always have
2) The OU/ OSU 'rivalry' (laugh) is the most lopsided rivalry in all of sports (81-17-7)
3) And you have a lifetime LOSING record. Yuu have no history, you have nothing. Like I said, you are irrelevant to college football. PLease step aside and let the big boys battle for the National CHampionship, k? Thanks.

Tulsa won 10 games last year and finished in the Top 25. With most of last year's team returning, they will be a formidable foe again this year. Anyone who thinks they are a cupcake doesn't know college football.

Just to expand on that some more...Not one of UT's games was against a team that finished in the top 50 last year nor will nay of them finish in the top 50 this year...and TCU was #3 last year and is most likely a top 15 team.

WTF?

TCU> than any one of those non conferences games that any of those teams play, but Baylor is at #6?

UT has Rice, BYU and UCLA
BU has Rice, TCU and SFA...TCU alone is better than BYU and UCLA.

I just don't get it...

Texas will have a real issue if Gilbert is QB. this season. The word is in that he will be the starter. To bad for all Texas fans. Heard that Case McCoy is going to leave Texas if he doesn't start. Just say bye Case. Now we can see what Connor Woods, and Ash do. Sad day in Texas if Gilbert is the starter, but Mack has always liked those famous last names. Mack is putting all of his bread and butter in one basket, and that is Mr. Williams. He
is good, but that is a lot of pressure on a young player right out of HS. just ask Gilbert.....Good luck Texas.

Mo, You are an Idiot! OU is being pumped up because they ARE Loaded and always will be! They could still earn a BCS birth with a loss to FSU, but it wouldn't be without the help of your Pokes being undefeated at the time of the Bedlam game. Just accept the fact that OU is a top tier program. Us OU fans welcome the fact that OSU is becoming one. Although Dean is an OU alum, he still hammers on them when they are down. I think he is justified in his comments. I guess you only hear what you want cause he is very high on OSU as well. And as far as comparing U of A to FSU? This is where your idiot award comes in to play!
