I wanted to tell the Fox announcers near the end, quit patting our guys on the back, they are blowing a fairly good lead. I’m also concerned about this need we have to promote ourselves..can’t we just be Oklahoma City, why do we have to proclaim ourselves a big league city and all that. We will never be the city the caliber of Dallas, Philadelphia, LA, New York, etc..why can’t we just be content with being the “Green Bay of Basketball”..they don’t try to promote their town or pretend they are something they are not. Our crowds are loud, but we don’t need to exhaust ourselves to prove we’re worthy..all that intensity will wear down and we’ll have to settle into real life after the ‘honeymoon’ period is over with this team..I love the Thunder, don’t get me wrong, but we need to find our own niche and just be true to ourselves.
