Uh Damien, like most tea-baggers you don’t even know what the Gov’t IS! The NCAA is not part of the “Government” son. It’s a private non-profit, (or 501.c.3), comprised of member institutions, both State-run and private, whose only Government entanglement on paper is the fact that it enjoys a statutory exemption from the Federal G’ment from antitrust laws. Do away with that antitrust exemption and let the free market determine how college athletics are run I say. Isn’t that what you folks are always asking for? Congress may pretend for political theatre purposes to want to get involved from time to time, but fact is it ain’t Government. The almighty NCAA loses a few more lawsuits and there will be change a’comin’ boys. Believe you me.

Berry, 154 is not worth the debate on sports radio. You only eliminate 8 games, what does that accomplish. Drop back to 120ish and call it good. if you can’t figure out who is the best in 120 games then you’re not trying. They should also give some more off days in the season. One a week is fair. Most people would like a day off a week, even from something they love, much less their jobs. And that is what that is to the players, a really great job.
