		<description><![CDATA[No doubt that the bowl system is a reward to players--and in many instances is a well-deserved reward.  However, that reward does not justify the bowls&#039; existence.  Players are not shareholders in the process--but universities, administrators, donors and fans are because they all contribute the capital towards the process.  Players are simply stakeholders who have the option to play football in return for an education or not.]]></description>
