However, I don’t agree that Bowden has a sour apples attitude–quite the opposite. He’s moved on with his life. He is staying away from Tallahassee this year to give Coach Fisher the room he needs to develop the program. He certainly supports the players. Keep in mind that he is on tour promoting his book. People have been asking about his exit from FSU, and he’s been giving honest answers. He doesn’t want to perpetuate any notion that he voluntarily stepped aside. I hope that he and T.K. Wetherell can patch up their frienship. I suspect that in time, it will. Coach Bowden is not perfect. But I still admire him as a great coach and an even greater human being.
