In all reality, I say stay a 10 team league and be like the Big 10 and Pac 10 have been. That format has worked just fine for getting Ohio State and USC into national title games.

and say Washington State, they’d have a stronger schedule than say Boise, TCU, or West Virginia have right now. Go undefeated, and your probably in the national title game.

Or we could tell Missouri and Iowa State to take a hike(go join the Big 10). Become the Big 8 again, but now with Texas, Oklahoma, Texas A&M, Texas Tech, Oklahoma State, Kansas State, Kansas, Baylor. We’d still be better than the Big East. If we had a strength of schedule issue, schedule Oregon State and Virginia Tech out of conference. Heck, it’s working for Boise State. If OU played Texas, Texas A&M, OSU, Texas Tech, Kansas State, Kansas , Baylor, Virginia Tech, Oregon State, Tulsa, North Texas,

I think the 10 team Big 12 should add BYU, TCU, Tulsa, and Houston. Heck, why not? Or maybe TCU, Houston, SMU, BYU.
