This argument is about as coherent as that of Bill Hancock. What the crap does conference realignment have to do with Boise State or TCU not getting a chance to play for the national title. Did either of them get the chance to trash Alabama like Utah did the year before. Freaking hilarious!

I don’t complain about the BCS, and I know plenty of others who don’t. Or, if they complain about it, would rather go back to the old bowl-game system than to have a super-conference system imposed by some little tinhorn dictator with visions of creating Utopia.

I agree with Barry. Anything that helps get rid of the BCS system faster is welcomed. We need a 16 team playoff that determines a champion on the field. Those “other things” that the Senators need to be doing don’t seem to be getting done anyway. Or, if they are getting done they are being done very poorly. So, they might as well be working on something that is important to a lot of people.

More BCS games = more revenue = more tax dollars. Nothing wrong with Congressmen spending a very small amount of time on breaking up a monopoly (the BCS).

It’s funny – EVERYONE complains about the BCS. Yet, when someone goes to try and fix it or change it, the response is always “Don’t they have better things to do?”

Who else out there has the power or influence to change the BCS?
