First, congrats on a heckuva season. It's good to see OU back in the top of Men's BB again.

Second, thanks to OU players for being respectful. They shot badly and were very frustrated, that was easy to see. But your team kept composed and finished strong enough to make it a decent score.

Third, I disagree with one assumption that OU couldn't unseat Louisville or Pitt, I think you could've, especially if Blake had been not been hurt.

I also want to point out to OU fans that losing to us should never be a point of shame. Kansas, Kentucky, UCLA and UNC are the most successful programs EVER in college BB, and speaking from a point of view of a 30 yr UNC fan, this UNC team is as good as any I've seen play. Other than the loss in the ACC Tourney, which was due to Ty Lawson being injured, I really think the team didn't mind the earlier losses cuz it took the spotlight off them. They're solid in every aspect except perimeter defense and that's cuz Ginyard is red-shirted. If we had him...well, be glad we don't.

Your boy Blake is amazing. I know he'll be a instant NBA star. And your coach isn't going anywhere anytime soon. Coach K will draw his last breath coaching against us. There's no way that PITA is gonna quit!

So enjoy a season where you'll finish in the Top 10, maybe Top 5 and look for the future. Great things that happen quickly fade, great programs are built with patience and perseverance. Welcome back to the elites!
