Well........ for the past I-don't-remember-how-many years, I have subscribed to ESPN Game Plan and FOX Sports Net on Directv and watched maybe one OU football game on ESPN GP and usually none on FOX. I did pay $32 to ESPN last year (or maybe it was the year before) to watch OU. None of that can be justified if you live in Norman or even Oklahoma but in Alabackwards.....

Plus, I have spent too many years in Alabama NOT being able to get OU games on TV to take a chance.

I am looking forward to the day when every fan can watch his or her team on TV every weekend. When you consider where we are as compared to 1970 or even the mid '80s, you have to figure that someday even an MTSU fan living in Oregon will be able to watch their team every weekend.

Thank you Berry, for those words on ESPNU. My wife hates sports and if I add another nickle to the cable bill for sports it may be my last nickle spent. If people keep subscribing to these silly networks, we will get stuck with more of them.
The only way to stop this is for people to not subscribe. Will they do it? Lets hope so!!
