Actually, it was pretty easy.

Maybe next year they'll put OU and TOSU in a bowl together so at least one of us will come away with a win!! kee hee!!

Here are my reasons why OSU could win:

1. Tressel is a better coach when it comes to managing a game.

2. LSU gave up big points in their loses. Granted...Dorsey was hurt and limited....but Arkansas ran all over them.

3. OSU is just as fast at the skill positions.

4. OSU is playing only one QB as opposed to two. Consistency, continuity.....if playing two quarterbacks was the way...then everyone would do it (see Illinois and the Hokies).

If LSU wins...it will be in blowout fashion only. If the game is close, it will be OSU based upon factors I saw this season. If OSU can run the ball...look out. Ball control, field position and time of possession will be your game to watch. Run it between the tackles....three yards and a cloud of dust. Big 10 (11) football.

The only other edge LSU has is the home game factor....and it is.

By the way, did OSU really beat Miami that year? I think I had.... like a 12 Mississipi count before that flag appeared. I might of even gone to the fridge....and then the flag appeared....like they were waiting for me to come back and watch.

anyway....not sure who I want to win. OSU doesn't belong based upon actually playing games and I really don't think LSU does either....based upon their losses and close calls. But the media had them out there all season and sometimes that is all it takes to make believers out of nothing. Two more weeks and USC would have been #1 because everyone is saying they are playing the best. Did you hear that in Georgia?

Conference title games and the "and one format" That is your solution for the day. I can't cheer for either one tonight. My household is full of Michigan fans....cheering for OSU would be a sin. But since Miles is a Michigan man.....naw....I don't like him either....just not a fan...nothing personal. I will just watch for the entertainment.

I hope CSI has a good episode tonight.

Record temps here today in VT. 51 degrees. January thaw. Another day closer to pitchers and catchers.

I will say LSU also, ( which means between you and I, LSU is cursed to lose). With as many offensive weapons as LSU has I don't know how Miles managed to lose or make games close. When it is over, I rank, 1 LSU, 2 Georgia, 3 USC, 4 Missouri, 5 Kansas.

Which on another subject is what is wrong with playoffs. Who is going to rank the teams as to who gets into the playoffs? In an 8 team playoff, I would bet there will be 9 thru 11 that claim they should be in the playoff.
