How many players do you think, exactly, can UT, TT, A&M and [snicker] North Texas take? Texas has more talent than the Texas schools can give scholarships to, so why not go north to a school that is relatively near home, and in the case of OU, give them numerous opportunities to play for championships and personal awards? Your post reeks of state of Texas homerism and the typical Texan attitude that somehow your poo doesn’t stink like any other state’s. Get over yourself. Nice game against the Sooners this year, BTW. Enjoy that single win this year.

Ok…so the game is out of reach….where is Joey? Get him in in case he has to play in the Championship. Sam is ready.

and the defense? That tackling has to improve……..tough to watch.

Without players from the State of Texas, “Bedlam” would be like a Div II football game. Weren’t there only 26 native Okies on the 2006 edition of the Sooner squad?

If Bob stoops is such a football genius, why doesn’t he use local players from Oklahoma? Why does he have to recruit in Texas?

So much for “Oklahoma Pride” … when the team is made up of at least 60% native Oklahomans, then you can crow about Boomer Pride!
