Here’s to you, Mr. Robinson
OU’s 330-pound offensive guard, Duke Robinson, just made a heady play. A Sam Bradford pass was tipped, but big Duke tracked the fluttering ball, grabbed it and headed upfield for what turned out to be an 8-yard gain. An offensive lineman’s dream, other than scoring a touchdown. So as we approach the midway point of the second quarter, OU’s Robinson and Texas A&M’s massive tailback, Jorvorskie Lane, each have touched the ball once. Each made eight yards.
