This is an outstanding schedule from a family / fan point of view with the weekend dates….and most outstanding for bricktown merchants. WIth back to back dates this provides a possibility for other hockey fans in rural OK and surrounding states to come visit for a Fri, Sat through Sun and take in OKC plus two great hockey games.
Not everybody wants to know, of course, but there will be a lot of crossover fan support and wanted fans to be able to get an easy look at possible conflicts. And with the Thunder playing right across the street, it’s more of a logistics issue when they’re playing.
Great to see some real hockey coming to OKC.
