John Fullbright hits the road following Grammy nomination Column: The hard-traveling Bearden singer-songwriter will wrap a series of home-state shows by kicking off Norman’s Summer Breeze Concert Series Sunday night before heading back out on his nationwide tour. 

John Fullbright has successfully weathered what he calls “the great Grammy scare of 2012 and ’13.”

“Well, historically speaking if an artist debuts a record and wins a Grammy, that’s usually the last you ever hear from them again,” Fullbright said with a laugh.
