With the new album, Gill and Franklin pay tribute to the “Bakersfield” sound by performing songs from two of Bakersfield’s sons: Buck Owens and Merle Haggard.

Fellow “The Voice” coach Usher, Ryan Tedder of pop-rock band OneRepublic and country stars Rascal Flatts, Luke Bryan and Darius Rucker have been added to Wednesday night’s sellout show, which will raise money for relief efforts in the wake of last week’s deadly and destructive Oklahoma tornadoes.
