Country duo Thompson Square, which consists of Miami, OK, native Keifer Thompson and his wife Shawna, debuted its new single, “Everything I Shouldn’t Be Thinking About,” Tuesday on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.”

Check out the video of the episode; remember, the musical guest performs in the show’s last segment.

As previously reported, the reigning Academy of Country Music and Country Music Association Vocal Duo of the Year will play at 8:15 tonight at Cain’s Ballroom, 423 N Main in Tulsa. Doors will open at 7 p.m. Charlie Worsham will open the show.

The historic venue announced via Facebook earlier this week that Cain’s Ballroom, Ticketfly and Tulsa’s Dr. James Webb will each donate $1 per ticket sold to The Salvation Army’s Oklahoma Tornado Relief Fund. For tickets and information, go to www.cainsballroom.com.

In an email to me through the duo’s publicist, Keifer Thompson expressed his condolences for the folks and his home state who have been injured, killed or displaced by the destructive tornadoes that tore through central Oklahoma Sunday and Monday:

“We’ve been watching the heartbreaking stories of the Oklahoma tragedy and our hearts break with every scene. I’ve grown up watching and living through these stories being from Oklahoma and it’s something that doesn’t get any easier to deal with. Okies are strong and will get through this one too. We pray God will watch over and heal all wounds caused during this difficult time,” he said.
